Primary Care Doctor Adam Parker D.O.

Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Doctor Adam Parker

Dr Adam Parker is Board Certified in Family Medicine.  He is credentialed with most all major medical plans (as a primary care physician), and is a medicare provider.

His undergraduate training was received at University of Florida where he graduated with honors with a BA in Zoology. He next attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he obtained his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).  He attended his residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando Florida and has subsequently passed all board certifications related to his specialty in Family Medicine.  He has extensive post graduate training in various techniques in health care, all of which he employs for the benefit of his patients.

Trinity Medical Center (located in Lakeland, Florida) was created to take care of individuals and families the old-fashioned way, but with state-of-the-art knowledge and technology.  Trained in osteopathic family medicine, Dr. Parker believes that the keys to good health care are giving careful attention to the patient and his/her medical history and prescribing preventative action that’s appropriate for that individual.  To meet those goals, we try to make sure you can get in to see your doctor when you need to.  Our doctors are the ones who will pay enough attention to prescribe the famous “ounce of prevention” to help you maintain your quality of life down the road.

Our doctors are also fully trained in medical intervention procedures, including cutting-edge medical services that few other medical practices provide yet.  Our team feels that offering safer, newer medical procedures, alongside the tried and true traditional ones, meets real needs in the community in both prevention and intervention.  What’s more, each of our doctors sees his medical career not just as a job but also as a calling—a calling to use his knowledge to help the community toward better health and a better quality of life.  Toward that end also, Dr. Adam Parker often shares his expertise with the community as a guest on WLKF’s “Ask the Expert” radio show, Tuesdays, on 1430 AM.

As part of the Central Florida Physician’s Alliance, Trinity Medical Center is on most health care plans and is accredited with all major medical insurance carriers.  We are on staff at Lakeland Regional Medical Center (LRMC) and Bartow Regional Medical Center (BRMC).
